By accepting goods or services from Krystal Light Energy Centre (KLEC) you are accepting the terms and conditions below. 

Payment for Services

All Krystal Light Energy Centre (KLEC) services must be paid in full prior to consultation and an appointment booked. Additional costs may be incurred for interviews with other family members, professionals or recordings to support you out of session. However, I will discuss these with you beforehand. I do not bulk bill insurance companies, however a paid-invoice can be provided. 

Numerology charts are released on the day of consultation.

Cancellations 

You will be charged for all cancellations or no-show appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice. In the event the office is not staffed, please email therapist@krystallightenergycentre.com.au 

Occasionally you may request to reschedule your appointment for the following week, and if I have another time available, I will be happy to change your time. However, if I have no other times available, you will be charged for the missed session. Requests to change appointments less than 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a charge for the missed appointment and the additional appointment.

Most service purchases from Aminah Abdullah are eligible for a 14-day money back guarantee. An administration fee of 9% may be deducted at the seller’s discretion. Once the 14-day period has expired no refunds will be available and all payment plans must be completed as per the original terms.

If a payment declines, the client/customer will receive a notification, and will be required to make alternative payment within 3 working days. If this is not done, the service will be forfeited and no refunds will be provided.

After Hours Emergencies 

For after-hours emergencies or if you need immediate assistance call 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14, or your general practitioner. 

Waiver of Liability and Release of Energy Therapy/Healing/Numerology

You agree you will not hold KLEC liable for any adverse effects, injury, harm, illness or damage alleged to have been caused by the use of the energy methods, numerology and techniques. Energy therapy/healing and personal life coaching/psychotherapy is not a supplement for medical care.

No representation is given to the outcomes achieved by members through purchase of any product or service. The provider does not provide any financial or legal advice to members, and all information provided is a guideline only. You should always consult your own legal and financial advisor when taking into consideration any information or opinions provided. Aminah Abdullah is not liable for the results of any information provided, and has not made any claims as to the outcomes that clients, or their business interests will achieve as a result of purchase.

Payment for Goods

All placed orders for goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. The payment method you choose must be from your account and you are over the age of 18 years. Payments for goods or services is processed via PayPal or Square. Please see their privacy policy and terms of condition for further information.

Shipping of Goods

Once orders are dispatched, Krystal Light Energy Centre does not take responsibility for lost, stolen or broken goods. KLEC takes no responsibility for delay of goods due to shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Purchases will be delivered via Australia Post.

Return of Goods

KLEC reserves the right to determine refunds and returns on a case by case basis. Goods cannot be returned due to change of mind, so please choose carefully. Faulty goods maybe returned and repaired or exchanged at the discretion of our supplier. The shipping costs must be covered by the customer and KLEC takes no responsibility for lost goods in the process. Faulty goods, does not include any defects caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care, unauthorised modifications or attempted repair not authorised by our supplier. 

Content

KLEC makes all reasonable efforts to ensure content is accurate and up to date. Every effort has been made to reflect product descriptions and approximate dimensions of goods and colours as accurately as possible. However as each piece of crystal jewellery is unique it may look and have different dimensions that what is on the website. As some goods are unique, KLEC cannot guarantee availability. Prices of goods, services and shipping costs may change at any time.

Aminah Abdullah reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.

Aminah Abdullah reserves the right to remove any program member at any time without refund.

All homework materials, recordings, content, sounds, videos and images remain the property of Aminah Abdullah at all times, and are subject to copyright. No recording of sessions, reproduction, sharing or copying of materials is permitted without prior written consent from Aminah Abdullah or her legal representative.
