Qi gong is an ancient practice thousands of years old from China. In fact it is the mother of tai chi. Qi gong uses slow meditative movements with the breath to cultivate your life force energy. It is the art of effortless power where you get to be the artist and alchemist of your life. Qi gong mirrors the movements of nature, the way the trees sway, the oceans move.

If you are a highly sensitive person and feel like you're too much in your head worrying about things; picking up other people's energy; disconnected from you; tension in the body, qi gong can help you.

If you want to build self connection into a spiritual practice.
