Minnie Abdullah

Minnie is a personal and business numerologist, Qi gong teacher, energetic alignment  and mid life transition coach with psychology qualifications (BA Soc Sci (Psych) and PostGrad Dip Prof Psych). She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Executive Member of the International Institute of Complimentary Therapists (IICT) and Master Practitioner Member of the Neuro Linguistic Programming Association of Australia (NLPAA). 

She has helped over 3000 people with their mental health and well-being. However she kept returning to the energetic practice training in tai chi and qi gong. Whenever she had a major turning point in her life, her energetic practices were always there to support her which she now shares with others. She has combiner her 23 years of energy experience and modalities to support women midlife to reset to BE who they are, energetically balanced and leading a fulfilling life.

Minnie is a featured author in a global best selling book in multiple countries "Global Conscious Entrepreneurs: Entrepreneurs Leading the World" alongside celebrity Feung Shui Master and star of "The Secret" Marie Diamond.

A Note from Minnie

 I’ve always been fascinated about what dreams are locked in people’s heart longing to be connected with and awoken allowing themselves to be who they truly are. 💝What blocks them from opening to their dream, purpose, vision for themselves of being of service to others and their authentic self.

In the 1990's I studied the mind, natural therapies/alternative modalities and energy which I loved and found my kindred souls. At 19 I was attuned to reiki.

However, the societal pressure to follow norms meant that I got stuck in my mind and detoured, becoming a registered and practicing Psychologist, Medicare Provider, and Project Manager. 🤨

It took 13 years of internal conflict and hiding behind a professional title to finally listen to the cries of my heart and retrain in coaching and energetic modalities including numerology and qi gong.

Now I serve women from a heart centred, soul inspired space into empowerment to be their authentic selves and sustain their energy.
